My wife's Chrysler picked up a nail and the tire was slowly leaking. I cannot let her drive the car like that and risk a flat tire on the road. TJ’s Chrysler, the dealer who is servicing her car, told me that they didn’t have time to look at it and gave me two choices, be without a car until they can make an appointment, or take the risk of her using it and getting stranded with a flat tire. At which time I was desperate and called Kestner (which we were not customers of). They immediately shared my concern, invited me to come immediately and they will work it in. On arrival they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful, checked the tire and put a tire patch in. They also checked the other tires and assure that the tire pressures were adequate and balanced for all wheels. As I was very upset with JT’s Chrysler I checked the time Kestner took to do the work, it took Kestner 6 minutes to perform the tire patch and my wife could immediately use her car without risk of a flat tire. They only charged me $15, which is extremely reasonable for the work they performed. I am very grateful and, based on my experience with Kestner, I highly appreciated their genuine concern for our situation, the quality of their work and willingness to help us immediately. I highly recommend Kestner.
